使用60X60公分的不鏽鋼鍋裝自來水約9分滿，然後將低氘棒放入，經過一小時後低氘水就同化完成(低氘棒放入水中時間越長效果越好)。從製造低氘水的不鏽鋼鍋內取出多少水，就一定要再加入等量水，讓它一直保持9分滿。
Use a 60x60cm stainless steel pot to contain tap water 90% full and then place a Low Deuterium Bar in the pot. After one hour, Low deuterium water is made (The longer time the Low Deuterium Bar is placed in the fresh water, the better). Always keep the fresh water in the pot 90% full.
